A company or entity holding the appropriate real estate activity licence in Dubai.; If the applicant is a real estate broker, a marketing contract with the property owner is required for the ad types listed on the official card.; Exhibition documents must be submitted at least one month in advance, and sales are prohibited during the exhibition; only preliminary reservations are allowed.; Exhibitions from the same country need a 30-day gap. Dubai off-plan properties must be registered with the Escrow Account Department before display.
